International Academy for Professional Studies

an International Outsourcing Think-Tank, has been established, dedicated to forging an alliance between the academia and professionals in the rapidly growing global BPO/Contact Centre industry.

The objectives are to:

 
 
develop and maintain a knowledge database of industry best practices, standards and benchmarks
develop curriculums and syllabi for formal accreditation of industry specific, professional and work place courses
research and publish international industry trends, forecasts & current issues andprovide a global forum for professional development in the CRM and BPO industry
 
 

Courseware Development:

The IAPS has thus far developed the BTEC certificates and diplomas for Contact Centre industry professionals. These qualifications have been accredited by EDEXCEL of UK.(www.edexcel.org.uk)
New products that are currently under development are the ‘top-up’ degrees, Executive MBA, and specialist professional courses for Project Management, Six-Sigma, CRM, Benchmarking etc.

Education Technologies:

IAPS has also developed a comprehensive E-Learning platform to provide a virtual campus for distance education, especially for our global affiliate partners who will need access to our Consultants and subject matter experts based all over the world.

A library of print based and web-based Teaching & Learning Materials(TLM) has been developed along with Instructor Guidelines to facilitate the delivery of the Units. The TLM also consists of rich video and interactive content to enhance the learning experience and support tutors & students with assignments, research and examinations.
