Dick Pynegar

 

Dick is the UK Consultant for SCICOM (MSC) Berhad. Under his leadership, Dick has secured clients that include, Ladbrokes, Edexcel and Pearson Group, Northern Racing the UK's largest owner of racecourses/fixtures, Hilton Group and Nokia. Dick represents Scicom (MSC) Berhad in terms of business development and selective project management in Europe and the US, whilst also representing other clients in various project management roles in the customer contact centre industry.
       
 
Akid William Tosh

Akid has 35 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunication arena of support services having in-depth knowledge of Technical, Customer Support, Customer Experience and IT infrastructures. He has significant international experience from working throughout Europe and Asia-Pacific. He also has a consulting background in implementation and Quality Assurance, selecting and implementing support tools.
       
 
Ramesh Ariyanayakam
Ramesh started his academic studies with a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College, University of London, then continued to train as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young in London and finally earned an MBA at Imperial College in 1995. Ramesh has been instrumental in the growth of Scicom and is currently the head of the Americas division of that company, residing both in Chicago and Tampa, Florida. Ramesh is also a member of the CCAM and CCNG.
       
 
Micheal Daly
Michael has more than 20 years of experience in managing customer care and technical support organizations. Before joining Scicom in 2007 as a Principal Consultant developing a new BTEC accredited Contact Center Training Program, he was at Dell Computer. During his tenure with Dell, he was the Sr. Regional Director of Strategic Operations for the Asia Pacific territory. One of his many achievements was the implementation of a process optimization program that helped set new levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, effectiveness and profitability across the APAC region.
   
 
Kim Priestley
Kim brings with her over 18 years of business process and contact center development. Ms. Priestley was the VP, of Strategic Integration for Priority Healthcare and was responsible for the largest integration/acquisition in Priority Healthcares history. Ms. Priestley is a graduate of UCLA, with a MBA in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is also a Purdue University Certified Auditor for Call Center Excellence, COPC Certified Coordinator, a Six Sigma Black Belt, a CCNG Member, ATA Member and a CCAM Member. Kim is also a certified facilitator of DDI Learning Systems.
     
 
Andrew Lim
Andrew has over 13 years of customer service and call centre experience and held key management positions with major global service providers in Airline, Transportation, Banking and Information Communication & Technology sectors. His experiences included working with SingNet from 1999 to 2003 to outsource their internet customer service and support operations; with VADS Bhd in 2004 to start their first outsource contact centre project (TM Net). Andrew is a graduate from the National University of Singapore with Graduate Diplomas in Personnel Management and Human Resource Development from Singapore Institute of Management. He is also COPC certified.
     
 
Khaled Ahmed
Khaled is currently holding the position of Vice President Operations that is seeing the complete customer services for all Middle East and Africa, since 2005 and heading a team of 82 staff. He is to build and lead a function whose key responsibility is to enhance SCICOM's reputation as a first choice BPO service provider by providing customer -oriented, controlled, compliant, cost effective, customer facing and contact services which meet agreed service standards.
     
 
Benny Philip
Benny qualified with a master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras, India. Mr. Philip joined scicom as Vice President of Projects & Planning, Mr. Philip brings with him experience in both specialist and generalist roles in HR, having established and headed the HR function for HSBC's 2000-seat customer contact centres in India and Malaysia .
       
 
Vinay Menon
Vinay brings to Scicom his extensive industry experience panning 21 years in the domains of GSM Services, ITES Operations and Manufacturing in diverse functions like Profit Centre Management, Business Development, HR, IR and Training. An Electronics & Telecom Engineer by qualification, Vinay has attended some of India’s best institutions for courses in Business Management and Training & Development.
   
 
Brenda Marshall
Brenda holds a B.A in Mass Communication, and LLB (University of London), LLM (University of New South Wales, Austaralia). Brenda joined Scicom as the Vice President of Scicom (Academy) and is in charge of spearheading Academy's business opportunities and the development of customised training solutions together with the expansion of its repertoire of products and services for both internal and external clientele. She also oversees the Academy's marketing and operational strategies.
     
 
SM Brahmananda
Brahma brings with him over 30 years of experience in the field of Information technology, education and management development. Brahma with a team of industry professionals, designed and developed the full suite of BTEC qualifications. He worked closely with EDEXCEL and BTEC consultants in the UK to obtain the accreditation and international recognition of the programmes developed by SCICOM Academy. He also successfully obtained approval for the Academy to be an International Centre for the BTEC programmes. Brahma is also the Academic Head of the BTEC programmes. Brahma was also the Project Director for the design and development of the E-learning platform.
       
 
Gurit Kaur
Gurit comes from a CRM background that has covered the Banking Industry and the operational aspect of the Contact Centre and Mobile Phone Industry. She has an LL.B (Honours) degree from the University of London and is a Certified Support Professional certified by The Service and Support Professional Association - USA. Gurit obtained her Certificate in Training Practice(CTP) qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (UK).
     
 
Rita Joshua
Rita graduated with a Law Degree from the University of London and completed her Certification in Legal Practice (CLP) before embarking on a career in the CRM Industry which has spanned over the last twelve years. She conduct and facilitate Company Induction Programs and other training programs such as Scicology of Customer Service, Core Tele-skills, Coaching for Success and Quality Customer Service, Leadership, Management, Team Work and Training Skills programs for Nokia APAC and Nokia Global. Other clients include PIDM, AEON Credit Services, UMW, Carrefour Malaysia, and BASF Chemicals.
       
 
Shanti Jacqueline
Shanti has an Australian Business degree as well as a Diploma in Public Relations from IPRM (Institute of Public Relations Malaysia). She is a SSPA (Service and Support Professionals Association, US) certified trainer for the Certificate in Certified Support Professional program. In her 18 years of work experience, she has mastered the art of customer service via the telephone with renowned clients like Nokia Asia Pacific, Celcom, SingTel, Westport, EPIC – I, NAZA Auto, Affin Bank, TMNet and The Hilton Group.
       
 
Audrey Yeoh
A graduate of a leading British University, Audrey has quickly risen from an Agent in SCICOM to an Operations Manager in six years. Audrey has overall Programme Management role and responsibility to work closely with the Affiliate Partners in ensuring smooth running of the BTEC programmes.
       
 
Jude Gregory
Jude has a degree in engineering from a leading British University. During his career in the Customer Care and Contact Centre industry, Jude has served as a Trainer and programme manager at various Contact Centres and currently is the Programme Coordinator for the BTEC qualifications.
