Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification in a relavant field of study
• Formal qualification in Contact Centre or BPO related courses will be an advantage
• At least 5 years working experience, preferably in Contact Centre/Soft skills/English Training
• Knowledge of the principles, training methods and techniques for adult education
• Facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or native language
• Demonstrate willingness to learn
• Ability to be proactive and work with minimum supervision
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and related educational applications and technologies

Programmer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline
• At least 2 years experience in Web Based Development System, PHP/ASP, VB, XML and CSS
• Able to produce an interactive and attractive multimedia content for web
• Knowledge in ASP.net, VB.net, Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator an advantage
• Developed at least one web-based design application and content management system
• Fluent in English

Flash Programmer

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Required skills: Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Programming skills using PHP, XML, ASP, CSS, Javascript, flash ActionScript and other design tools.
• Good written and spoken communications skills using English.
• Ability to visually present information.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
