The Learner Management System (LMS) provided via BPO@Work is a custom designed software that is typically offered as a service (ASP model). It may be tailored to specific client needs. The present version of LMS is proven in use for a variety of users and is continually assessed and improved based on client feedback and industry practices. It facilitates fully online, blended and supplemental modes of web technology based learning and teaching.
A typical LMS deployment will include the following features and functionalities:
Register and maintain student database |
Enrol and manage students' learning requirements |
Tracking of student's launch and completion time of the online training programme |
Tracking individual student progress and reporting test results to administrator, head of department and trainer (coach) |
Allowing repeat training & re-test (selective courses) |
These are the core aspects of learning management. Assembling and publishing content, including assessments, and management information reporting are also supported
Where appropriate, based on the Technology Partner’s (Service Provider’s) knowledge and experience, and specific end client needs, alternative or additional features which add value, increase training effectiveness or reduce deployment costs or development time will be bundled in for deployment. This typically involves use of pre-built components and some integration services.
