Professional CRM & Contact Centre Training Programme

Our proposed “Prep2Earn” package achieves two outcomes. The first key outcome is to providea an EQ profile for each student so that a suitable industry and profession can be identified to ensure a successful career and working life. For this a psychometric assessment is carried out and an individual, personalised report is produced.

The second outcome is to ascertain the students competencies in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking using the English language as the medium of communication. A specialised designed series of tests, including an oral interview, is carried out.

From these two components, a comprehensive report is prepared for each student providing guidance on the EQ profiles and their current command of the English Language. From this the “Prep2Earn” package will provide a pathway with suggested education and training programmes which shall prepare the student for the chosen career, employment and a successful working life ahead.

The “Prep2Earn” package shall provide unique assessment and training programmes and solutions to the desired target groups as required by the Client SCICOM will also ensures that the objectives of the individuals are achieved and that target student groups are trained and certified to meet the demands of the Malaysian government and local and global industry.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions as a source of human energy, information and influence. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) emerges not merely from intellectual rationalization, but from the workings of the human heart. EQ requires that we learn to acknowledge and value feelings in ourselves and others – that we appropriately respond to them, effectively applying the information and energy of emotions in our daily life and work. It is Emotional Intelligence that motivates us to pursue our unique potential and purpose, and activates our innermost values and aspirations, transforming them from things we think about to how we live.
